Somalia's Information Minister Visits Aden Adde International Airport to Boost Tourism Development

Somalia's Minister of Information, Culture and Tourism, Abdifatah Qasim Mahmud, conducted a working visit to Aden Adde International Airport on Saturday to inspect the airport's key facilities dedicated to receiving tourists and serving international visitors arriving in the country.
During the visit, the minister praised the significant improvements made to the airport's services, emphasizing the vital role of Aden Adde International Airport as Somalia's main gateway for international travelers. He noted that enhancing airport services is essential to supporting the country's growing tourism sector and improving visitors' first impressions of Somalia.
The minister also met with Murat Diskit, Director of FAVORI LLC, who provided an overview of the services offered at the airport and highlighted recent developments aimed at streamlining travel procedures and improving the reception of passengers arriving on international flights.
The Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism continues to strengthen its efforts to improve tourism-related services as part of the federal government's broader strategy to develop the tourism sector and position Somalia as an emerging destination for international visitors.
